HARI KE-107 PENDUDUK BERKHEMAH DI GREEN COW
11/9/2012 - Hari ke-107 penduduk berkhemah di Green Cow. Polis Cameron dakwa 2 penduduk Green Cow, Marapan dan Ravindran di atas seksyen 341KK - halangan salah. Ini berikutan satu insiden pada Julai 2012 di mana Ravindran & Marapan telah menahan sebuah lori pemaju yg dipandu dengan laju dan tidak mempunyai nombor pendaftaran. Semasa lori ini ditahan, satu pertengkaran kecil telah wujud.

Banyak perkara yang mempunyai persoalan dengan dakwaan terbaru ini. Di antaranya ialah

1.)Polis Cameron ambil masa 3 bulan untuk mendakwa
2.)Melalui kertas pertuduhan (charge sheet), kami mendapat tahu pertuduhan ini dibuat berdasarkan satu laporan polis yang dibuat beberapa hari lepas dan bukannya semasa insiden ini berlaku pada Julai 2012.
3.)Polis membuat pertuduhan ini dengan terburu-buru apabila Pegawai Penyiasat (I/O) menelefon Suresh pada pukul 10/9/2012, 11.30malam minta tolong datang ke mahkahmah hari keesokannya.
4.)Kes sivil pemaju LTT Development saman kami akan didengar di Mahkahmah Tinggi Kuantan pd 14/9/2012. Adakah polis Cameron sedang buat sesuatu untuk menolong pemaju LTT di dalam kes Mahkahmah Tinggi Kuantan?
5.)Kes saya, Nagarajan & Thanabalan yang dibebaskan oleh Majistret Cameron dirayu semula oleh Polis Cameron ke Mahkahmah Tinggi Temerloh.

107th DAY RESIDENTS ARE CAMPING AT GREEN COW

11.09.2012 - 107th day residents are camping at Green Cow. Cameron Police today charged two residents of   Green Cow, Marapan and Ravindran under section 341KK - wrongful restraint. This follows from an incident in July 2012 where Ravindran & Marapan have stopped a developer's lorry who were speeding and do not have a registration number. During this incident, a small spat broked down.

Many questions can be raised from the latest allegations. Among those are:

1.) Cameron Police took 3 months to prosecute Marapan & Ravindran

2.) Through the charge sheet, we found the charge was based on a police report which was made ​​several days ago and not during this incident took place in July 2012.

3.) Police made this charge in a hurry when the Investigating Officer (I/O) called Suresh at 10/09/2012, 11.30 p.m. for help to ask Marapan & Ravindran to come to the court the following day.

4.) The case off LTT Development civil suit against the Green Cow residents will be heard at the Kuantan High Mahkahmah on 14/9/2012. Is the Cameron police are doing something to help LTT in Kuantan High Court case?

5.) In the case where me, Nagarajan & Thanabalan who were released by Magistrate Cameron Cameron in July 2012, is being appealed by the Cameron Police to the Temerloh High Court.
