SELAMATKAN CAMERON... LINDUNGI GREEN COW
Hari ke-112: Lawatan Pesuruhjaya SUHAKAM, En.Muhammad Shaani Abdullah ke Green Cow

Pada hari ini, Pesuruhjaya SUHAKAM, En.Muhammad Shaani Abdullah telah melawat kawasan rumah penduduk di Green Cow. Lawatan ini telah diadakan akibat aduan yang telah dibuat berkenaan penafian hak asasi penduduk di Green Cow seperti berikut:

1. Semua manusia mempunyai hak untuk dilayan sama-rata. Penduduk Green Cow sudah menduduki kawasan ini selama 20 ke 40 tahun tetapi mereka dinafikan hak untuk memiliki tempat ini walaupun pernah memohon. Pemaju yang tiba beberapa tahun dahulu boleh diberikan hakmilik oleh Kerajaan Negeri Pahang.
2. Penduduk Green Cow dinafikan menduduki rumah dengan selamat. Projek pemaju LTT Development dan Ng Yeet Ng menyebabkan rumah penduduk diancam risiko tanah/batu runtuh.
3. Penduduk Green Cow tidak mendapat layanan yang sama rata dari segi pelaksanaan undang-undang oleh Polis Cameron. Sehingga sekarang, 1 aktivis PSM dan 4 penduduk Green Cow sudah ditahan dan didakwa di Mahkahmah. Namun pemaju yang gunakan gangster, pistol dan jentolak tidak pernah ditahan atau didakwa. 

En.Shaani yang melawat rumah penduduk dan kawasan projek mengaku bahawa keadaan rumah memang dalam bahaya akibat projek pemaju LTT Development Sdn Bhd dan pemaju Ng Yeet Ng. Mengenai Polis Cameron pula, beliau telah meminta dokumen-dokumen tambahan seperti laporan polis untuk menyiasat tindakan polis Cameron.

SAVE CAMERON... PROTECT GREEN COW
Day 112: SUHAKAM Commissioner, Muhammad Shaani Abd visited Green Cow 
16 September 2012SUHAKAM Commissioner, Muhammad Shaani Abdullah visited the houses in Green Cow today. The visit was organized as a result of complaints made on denial of rights for residents in Green Cow as follows: 

1. All people have the right to be treated equally. Green Cow residents have stayed in the area for 20 to 40 years, but they were denied the right to own the place even when they applied for the land ownership. Developers who arrived a few years ago were given titles by the Pahang State Government.
2. Green Cow residents were denied to stay in a safe home. Project developer LTT Development and Ng Yeet Ng development of the hill had threatened the houses with the risk of soil/rock fall.
3. Green Cow residents do not get equal treatment in implementation of the law by Cameron Police. Until now, 1 PSM activist and 4 residents had been arrested and charged in the court.Developers who use the gangster, gun and bulldozers were never arrested or prosecuted even though police reports had been made.
   

During the visit, Muhammad Shaani admitted that the houses are in dangerous state because of the development by  LTT Development Sdn Bhd and Ng Yeet Ng. Regarding the inaction of Cameron Police, he asked the residents to submit additional documents such as a police report to investigate.
